Custom Light Blue Hoodie Sleeve Panel in Wear
A sleeve panel is only proven when an arm bends. Here the white block sits at the elbow, the joint that moves most, and is set slightly forward so it reads on the outer arm rather than disappearing underneath. Because the sleeve is raglan, the shoulder rises without dragging the chest, so the stripe stays level. The hood stands up on its own, and the hem stays at the hip when a hand enters it.

Turn it around and the design stops. The chest stripe and the white line end at the front, so the back is one plain panel with no yoke seam across the shoulders. That matters on a team order: a name and a number can be placed high or low without crossing a seam, and there is no stripe to fight the lettering. The navy sleeve lines frame it from behind, and the rib hem holds the bottom edge flat.

The block above the stripe is a label, not a print. It is stitched on with a zigzag border, which does two jobs: it stops the corners curling after washing, and it lets the label be changed without cutting the body fabric. The band below carries the slogan along its length and the wordmark at the end, so the text stays readable as the band curves over the chest. The neck is bound in self fabric.

The mouth of a kangaroo pocket is where cheap hoodies show it. A folded hem here adds bulk, so the edge stands away and curls after a few washes. This one is finished with a cover stitch instead, flat against the fabric, and a single row runs just inside it. The opening is cut on an angle, so a hand enters from the side rather than straight down, and the pocket is one panel with no centre seam.
