Custom Light Blue Quarter Zip Top Back View Yoke
The band across the chest does not carry round. It stops at the armhole, so the back is one continuous panel in light blue from collar to hem, with nothing printed on it. The navy yoke stays on the shoulder and tapers along the raglan seam, so the panel reads as a slope rather than a straight edge. Cuffs and the rib hem close both ends, and between them sits a wide clear area for print.
Custom Light Blue Top Stand Collar and Zip Guard Detail
Look at where the zip finishes. The collar stands on its own and closes over the top of the zip, so the pull sits below the edge and never meets the chin. The tape is stitched on both sides, and the white coil is left visible against the blue, which makes the opening read as a line. The raglan seam down from the collar is twin stitched, and the collar is cut in the same blue as the body.
Custom Light Blue Top Chest Patch Label Detail
The zip does not run the full front. It stops at the chest band, and a light blue patch is stitched over the navy just below it. The patch is edged with a dark zigzag stitch left visible on purpose, which gives it a worn, applied look rather than a printed badge. Name and slogan are printed tonally into the patch, so a few steps away it reads as texture. That patch is where a club crest goes.
