All-over sublimation integrates multi-color graphics into compatible polyester fabric, so gradients, names, numbers and sponsor marks share one print process. Embroidered, woven, silicone, TPU or heat-transfer marks remain available when a raised texture, separate badge or specific placement is preferred.

Bulk order: 50+ jerseys

What artwork should we send for a custom soccer jersey?

Send AI, CDR or PDF vector artwork when available. For raster logos, provide a file at 300 dpi or higher, plus CMYK values and Pantone references for colors that must be matched.

Does a jersey order include shorts and socks?

Not automatically. A jersey-only quote covers the shirt. List shorts, socks, goalkeeper colors and spare units separately when you want a coordinated full kit.

How should a team confirm mixed adult and youth sizes?

Use the size chart for the selected pattern, then approve a sample or size set before bulk production. Record each player’s fit, size, name and number in one roster file.

Can we reorder a few jerseys after the season starts?

Yes. Provide the original order reference, approved style, fabric, color standard and player data. Small replenishment orders can carry a different unit price and lead time from the first bulk order.

How should sublimated jerseys be washed?

Wash inside out below 30 °C (86 °F), avoid bleach and dry cleaning, and air-dry away from prolonged direct sunlight. If ironing is needed, stay below 110 °C (230 °F) and avoid direct contact with printed or applied logos.
